Due to the specialized nature of drone accessories and gimbals, some items are shipped via freight or special logistics.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • For large or delicate items, we conduct an additional packaging and inspection process before dispatch to ensure transportation safety.

? Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping for standard orders over $800  Euros (€ / EUR)
  • Logistic/freight shipping fees are quoted separately for:
    • Oversized gimbals
    • Orders with flight cases
    • Trade/commercial shipments

? Customs, Import Duties & Insurance

  • All international shipments may be subject to import duties, tax, and customs inspection
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed
  • Fully-insured shipping is available upon request for high-value orders

✈️ Tracking

  • For standard express orders, tracking numbers are sent once the order is shipped
  • For freight orders, we’ll provide logistics company nametracking number, and direct contact if required

? Delivery Issues / Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the packaging and damage
  3. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and discuss replacement or refund

Note: Shipping insurance is highly recommended for industrial-grade gimbals and bulk orders.
