Right of Withdrawal

At Gimbaluav, we carefully select and test our products to ensure your satisfaction.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

✅ Eligibility & Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • New
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging and with all accessories included
  • Returned items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition will not be refunded.

❌ Non-returnable items (Exceptions)

The following items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:

  • Batteries
  • Consumable accessories
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
    It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
