1. ?️ Orders & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€ / EUR) and include applicable VAT, where required.
  • We accept major European and international payment methods:
    • PayPal
    • EU credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard)
    • SEPA bank transfers
  • When placing an order and completing payment, you agree to purchase the item(s) in accordance with these terms.

2. ? Shipping & Delivery

(Stable Europe-wide Delivery with Freight Options)

  • We ship to most EU and international countries.
  • Estimated delivery time within the EU is 5–10 business days.
  • Large items may be delivered via freight or specialized courier services (e.g. DHL Freight, GLS, DPD).
  • Orders above €800 qualify for free standard shipping within the EU.

3. ? Returns & Refunds (EU Compliant)

  • EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • Non-returnable items include batteries, opened consumables, and customized accessories.

4. ?️ Warranty

  • All Gimbaluav products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling.
  • For warranty claims, please provide valid proof of purchase and condition photos.

5. ? Taxes, VAT & Import Duties

  • For EU customers, VAT is already included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.
  • For non-EU customers, local customs or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We comply with the EU VAT OSS (One-Stop Shop) scheme for intra-EU trade.

6. ? Intellectual Property

All website content—including product images, text, branding, and design—is the property of Gimbaluav and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. ⚖️ Governing Law (EU Applicable)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country from which Gimbaluav operates.
In case of disputes, the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
